"Ship To" Address
Currently Jasper International only ships within Canada and the United States. We ship via UPS or Canada Post, depending on your business needs. Please ensure that you include your complete mailing address on all orders.
Shipping Charges
Since this site currently does not support online transactions, please refer to the Order Information on how to order through the site. Once we receive your order via fax, telephone or e-mail, we will provide you with the exact cost of your shipment. Shipping charges will be based on the total weight of your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Delivery Time
Depending on whether you choose to have your shipment delivered by UPS or Canada Post, your shipment will arrive anywhere between 4 to 7 business days. If the applicable timeframe has elapsed and your shipment has not arrived, please notify us at (905) 479-7667 or jasperinc3@aol.com. We will fire a tracer with the carrier and pursue an acceptable resolution.
