At the moment, online order transactions are not available at this site. To place an order, please fill out the following form(s) and fax them to (905) 479-7684 or call our Customer Service Line at (905) 479-7667 or (905) 479-7668. We apologize for the inconvenience. The Order Form comes in two formats - jpeg and pdf. If you are having trouble opening the Order Form or the Credit Application Form, or have questions about placing an order, please e-mail jasperinc3@aol.com.

New customers are required to fill out the following Credit Application Form for approval. Please ensure that all information provided to Jasper International is accurate.

E-mail Orders:

For Existing Customers, if you would like to send us an order via e-mail, please send it to jasperinc3@aol.com and include the following information:

- Your company name and street address (do not include postal/zip code).
- Your purchase order number (we cannot process any orders without this).
- Expected shipping date, ie. the date you would like us to ship the order to you.
- The item number, description, quantity and unit price of each item you wish to purchase.
